Hey, I'm pretty now here, just joined today for the sole purpose of asking this question but, I have an acer v3-571g-6622 and the processor I think is the intel i5. It only puts out about 2.6 gHz. I want to run Elder Scrolls Online and would getting a new processor help a lot?

In answer to your question, no :(

A very good processor is no good on it`s own, to compliment the CPU performance you need Ram that can keep up with it + a suitable graphics solution, in the case of notebooks a dedicated video card is best however that is often wasted by low spec Ram that creates a bottleneck.
