Hi there,

I'm hoping one of you can help me with a problem I have! :tazz:

I've just been working on a friends PC (XP SP2 Home edition) and removed an incredible amount of malware and viri. (Including the nail.exe/Aurora malware)

I now have a very curious problem when browsing with IE. Pages loads fine, only that "Microsoft" sites time out. Msn.co.uk, Microsoft.co.uk, Microsoft.com etc etc all do not load. In addition to this, Microsoft antispyware will not update and neither will Windows update. Curious problem huh!

Please let me know if there is anything I can do!

Copy of the HJT log below (Run in Safe Mode), have I missed anything??

Many Thanks everyone, your help would be very much appreciated ;)
