I am trying to find a photo editing program for my friend. He just bought a MAC OS Computer, previously always had Windows and is trying to get replacement programs. He is looking for photo editing and one for jpeg/gif editing,,

Gimp is a free photo editing program, also for Mac OS X.

Cinemagraph Pro is not a free program but it is a good one.
