Windows Movie Maker error

It's been a while since I uploaded any videos to YouTube. last time I ran WMM was in 2012 and it worked fine.

I tried running it today, and got the following error message.

Tried renistalling WMM and got the same error.

Tried the google stated fixes, but nothing gives.

I created a new profile, and logged in from there. That seems to fix the issue. Looks like AV deleted something from my profile.

Any ideas as to what I should be looking for?
