How can I view this WMV file? Error message

Hello

I was wondering if anybody could help me to view a WMV file that is publically available? It is located here: My linkhttp://www.nasdaq.com/marketsite/marketsite-events-detail.aspx?fn=201402-open02122014.txt on the top right hand side. When I click on 'watch the event video' and download the video, it does not open and that's using Windows media player and also vlc player.

It gives me a generic error message saying

Windows Media Player

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file."

VLC player

"Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'mmsh://mktvideo.nasdaq.com:8080/MarketSiteOpenCloseVideos/201402/mo_021214.wmv?MSWMExt=.asf'. Check the log for details."

Any ideas? Thanks :cool:
