I got a samsung ATIV Book 4 for christmas this year so just over 2 months ago but since( i think) the windows 8 update it seems to freeze when i got on to the internet. If the internet is open and i am on the dashboard or the home page/app page it causes freezing to occur there too, but does not appear to freeze if internet it not open, although it previously did until i used a drive cleaner, however that did not solve the problem altogether. Some times it will freeze for minutes sometimes seconds and it wont type immediately either. I don't know what to do it is driving me crazy and i tried using a different browser but the same occurs with Chrome and Internet Explorer. I have full anti virus protection aswell! Please help!

Well there are a few basic questions that we have to ask before we can assist you. When did the problem first arise? Have you downloaded anything in particular been to a malicious website? How long have you had the problem for ?  Does this lag only occur with browsing?

Ill be waiting for a response?
