In device manager what is the wifi card installed
It will be under network adapters

There are:
- Atheros AR9285 Wirless Network Adapter
- Microsoft virtual miniport Wifi card

However don't you think it's easier and better if I copy all my personal data somewhere and completely reinstall windows?
