Just bought a computer from someone and cant log on to the internet. Appname: iexplore.exe Modver: 7.0.600016512 offset: 00068181 Modname: ieframe.dll is the message I keep getting. I have already reset the default settings. Please help someone. Thanks in advance. Misstasha

I do apologize for your having to await a response. Nobody is intentionally overlooked here. Sometimes it takes an extra day (or 2, maybe 3) for the right person to come along that may have some experience with the issue that you are experiencing.
Do you still need help? If so, could you please share with me which Operating System (OS) is installed and which version of Internet Explorer (IE)?
