Using XP alone, if I click Start\My Computer\Cdrive\My Pictures I get a listing of the photos in the My Pictures folder .... with the size of each photo.shown. Good.

Is there a way using XP for seeing the total size of the WHOLE folder; or do I need special software to get that?

Thanks. ... BatPark

No special software. Right click on the My Pictures folder and choose Properties from the drop down list.
When the properties window opens, the folder size will show there ;)
