Best command line scanner

I am presently using emsisoft commands one scanner with dsupport suite but it appears to be to miss many viruses and pups is there any other command line scanners that have a best detection rate which can also be automatic?

I was getting a look at vipre rescue but ca not determine how to automate it. Tell me which you people think is the best.
