Hello

Please help me with this. Results are from Vertual Pc-check v7.6 quality assurance report.

All of the test results are passes except MP Symmetry failed for cpu 2 and cpu 1 n/a.

This is for my Sony Vaio VPCF132FXB i7 q740 processor 4 gb ram

Right now this laptop is not working. Once in while it boot up and start windows then just start freezing or just screen turn black.

Some time it never boot, or boot till Vaio screen and start freezing.

I am looking for a solution for this.

Do I need new motherboard or processor or both.

I tried to give it to repair shop and spent $200 for diagnosis and everything but no solution for me.

Please help

Thanks
