Hia ll, need some help please...

I have tried usual suggestions:
go offline, close Outlook, close all Outlook processes, startup Outlook in safe mode, etc.

right click on the email, click delete>nothing happens.
try to open it "Outlook has already begun transmitting message".

http://office.micros...A001139411.aspx you might need to resort to option 3 on this link which is somewhat drastic

Thanks.

Using option 3, if I import Personal Folder File (.pst) won't i simply import the problem?

(And will i end up with all my contacts/previous emails, etc:?)

Hi,

Can I ask the type of account you have setup (POP3, IMAP, Exchange)?
