hello

I recently upgraded to 8.1 and am experiencing a very slow lap top. Slow start up, occasional blue screen forced restarts and general slowness all round.

Also on another note, why does widows devices tell me drivers are up to date but driver update programs tell me i have loads out of date?

thank you in advance

Because Driver Update programs don't make any money if you don't download stuff.
