Customers using XP and Internet Explorer 6. Web pages will not display. Broadband connection is good...pc has connection but browser is messed up. There has to be a corrupt file or something somewhere.

Ideas welcome.

have you tried useing other browsere such as Firefox. and what bout spyware?

All spy ware has been removed. Another browser might work but I want to fix this and not just leave it as a problem.

The problem could be with the ISP, maybe their service is down ?

It is not the isp Guarantee that... From the command prompt we can ping out and tracert . Can't update anything and browsers of any sort will not function.

try this

goto tools internet options programs then manage add ons then disable pblocker helper class

that might help u if its their
