I cant connect to a remote desktop from only one user account from my house.

Computer 1: User A: Can Not Connect
- Error: Remote Desktop can't connect to the remote computer for one of these reasons:
1) Remote access to the server is not enabled
2) The remote computer is turned off
3) The remote computer is not available on the network

Make sure the remote computer is turned on and connected to the network, and that remote access is enabled.

Computer 1: User B: Works Perfectly
Computer 2: User A: Works Perfectly
Computer 2: User B: Works Perfectly
Computer 3: User A: Works Perfectly
Computer 4: User A: Works Perfectly

Is there a way I could reinstall just Remote Desktop files on Computer 1, User A? How can I fix this?
