Problem saving file on movie maker and uploading to youtube

Just a quick question about a Hitatchi camera, I got the HITATCHI dzhv595e recently and I have no problem with actually using the camera , when I film, put it on my laptop & edit it everything's ok, but the minute I save it to 'recommended for this project' so YouTube can accept it (mp4 file) it goes all blurry & you basically can't see it at all.. I use windows movie maker to edit. Maybe it's the memory card but I don't think so because the only problem is when I save it? Would really appreciate a reply, thanks
