If I try to open certain Control Panel functions such as the time, Properties (for screensavers, etc.) or anything under the folder "Appearance and Themes," I get a message that says: "Windows cannot find 'C:\Windows\system32\rundll32.exe'. Make sure you have typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, Click the Start button, and then click Search.


Any help is greatly appreciated.
