I currently use a BT Home Hub 4 which I have a couple of devices wired to, Including my Xbox One console.

Would there be any benefit from upgrading to a better router? Would I get better performance when gaming online?

If so, what would you reccomend?

Hi ChrisBoote, It looks like your post got overlooked... sorry.

If you still need an answer, then in broad terms the Home Hub 4 from BT is a good piece of kit that has good performance and a well deserved reputation.

If you changed to a different router then the difference in performance ( in terms of speed etc is likely to be minimal.

If you are on BT Infinity ( Fibre Optic high connection) then its more usual to have a BT Home Hub 5 and BT now supply this model as standard.
