Just this morning, I booted up my laptop and when I was going to log in to my windows profile, a black screen appeared that reads " Please Wait" it stays there for about 5 minutes before reverting me back to my home screen. I have no access to my laptop whatsoever, so I can't preform a factory reset, or anything of that matter.

Can you try, restarting the notebook and holding down the Shift and the F8 keys down, both at the same time, it may take a couple of restarts but it may get you into the Advanced boot options, let us know if it does.

Please provide the brand and model name or number of the notebook.
