Hi!
I'm facing a problem with Windows 7. When I start the computer, it always returns a message in the icon tray.
"Device driver was not found".
The fact is that I can't remove old Bluetooth devices. They are three entries that I can't remove.
I've tried device manager, all cleaners (ccleaner, auslogics registry cleaner, Glary, etc), I've stoped and reinitialized all bluetooth services. Nothing helped.
Malwarebytes and antivirus logs were clean. My computer is a Vostro 3450, i7, 8Gb RAM, Windows 7.

 Download this tool to the machine in question unzip it to the desktop.

CLICK HERE to determine whether you're running 32-bit or 64-bit for Windows.

You must drag the .exe out of the folder that contains it, to the desktop, placing the folder into the system32 folder will not work it must be the .exe

Move the 32 or 64 bit version of DriveCleanup.exe to C:\Windows\System32 Folder.
To do this hit the windows key and r at the same time, and type the File Location C:\Windows\System32 in the run box, hit enter.
Drag the 32 or 64 bit version of DriveCleanup.exe from the desktop into the C:\Windows\System32 Folder.

.Then Close all applications power your machine down, remove all usb devices except keyboard and mouse.
Turn the machine back on.
Open a command prompt by hitting the windows key and r at the same time and type cmd into the run box and hit enter.
For Windows Vista and later, you will need to open an Elevated Command Prompt
Once the CMD window opens Type or copy and paste drivecleanup.exe Hit enter.
This will clear all old usb drivers on your machine and hopefully help your issue.

Reboot and test.

The problem was solved. Thank you for all suggestions. I reinstalled all video drivers and communication drivers. It's all working fine now.

Thanks for letting us know. You might consider creating a new restore point, since your problem is resolved. So that if you have issues in the future you do not restore your machine to a point when you were having this issue possibly doubling your issue.

 

 

 

 

Download DelFix by "Xplode" to your Desktop.
Right Click the tool and Run as Admin ( Xp Users Double Click)

Put a check mark next the items below:

• Create registry backup
• Purge System Restore
• Reset System Settings

Now click on "Run" button.
Allow the program to complete its work.
Tool will create and open a log report (DelFix.txt)
Note: The report can be located at the following location C:\DelFix.txt ( No need for the log, just making the process of creating and cleaning your restore points easy)
