Hi Gringo,

Thanks, I have run the .bat file.

I have a question though.. when going to Control Panel and in the list of programs, I can still see Snap.Do in the list of programs.

Is there a way to remove this also?

I have attached the image to show you. If I select right-click and uninstall, an error will appear and I can't uninstall it.

Please download and install http://www.revounins...e_download.html Revo Uninstaller Free (only need the free version

Double click Revo Uninstaller to run it.
From the list of programs double click on
* The Program you want to remove
When prompted if you want to uninstall click Yes.
Be sure the Moderate option is selected then click Next.
The program will run, If prompted again click Yes
when the built-in uninstaller is finished click on Next.
Once the program has searched for leftovers click Next.
Check/tick the bolded items only on the list then click Delete
when prompted click on Yes and then on next.
put a check on any folders that are found and select delete
when prompted select yes then on next
Once done click Finish.

Hi Gringo,

I'm not able to uninstall via Revo either. I think it's unable to find an uninstaller (same error I'm getting if trying to remove from Control Panel).

After clicking on the 'do you want to uninstall the product' , the following error is displayed.

Hi Gringo,

Thanks a lot! The program is now deleted from Program List in Control Panel!

Really appreciate all the help so much.
