hi, my partner has a Samsung galaxy tablet 10.1, we recently had a virgin hub 2 installed and although my ipad and my sons phone/xbox one works fine using the 5G , my partners tablet will only connect to 2G , the 5G is listed in the available networks it wont connect to it it says not in range, can anyone help with this ?
