Hello guys,

i`m having blue screen errors everytime i`m trying to acces an internet browser. This is happening after i`ve installed a software, one for hyding my ip (very stupid of me).

I have uninstalled it five minutes after the instalation and then i got my first blue screen error. Now i can`t acces the internet at all from my home PC.

The Blue Screen error says:

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

STOP: 0X000000D1 (0x000000000000A, 0x00000000000002,

0x000000000000, 0xFFFFF88001931080)

tcpip.sys - address FFFFF88001931080, base at FFFFF88001931080,

DateStamp 4f757012

-----------

The last file from the Minidump folder says that ntoskrnl.exe and tcpip.sys are the culprit.

Thank you in advance. I will be very grateful if you can help me with this stressful problem :)

Run Windows System Restore - choose a restore prior to the software installations.
