no bootable disk

i switch on my gateway laptop today and it says no bootable disk----- insert a bootable disk please what should i do

This appears to be a technical problem. Not a malware problem.

 

Please open a new topic in the Operating System forum that applies for you computer.

 

That is, if it is a Windows 7 computer then start a topic in the Windows 7 forum.
