i was hoping to get some advice and suggestions on the components ive chosen for my computer.
Any ideas for better components that keep me in the same price range would be much appreciated.

What will be the main use of the computer,  if gaming what games.

 

The items are all on Amazon, is there a reason for that as you may be able to save cash by shopping around.

Great CPU, do you intend overclocking.

 

Your aftermarket cooler, a very important thing I must make you aware of is that you do not need the additional heatsink and CPU fan and if you did use it you would void your CPU warranty both AMD and Intel are clear on this, see below;

 

AMD;

This Limited Warranty shall be null and void if the AMD microprocessor which is the subject of this Limited Warranty is used with any heatsink/fan other than the one provided herewith.

Intel;

damage to the Product due to external causes, including  accident, problems with electrical power, abnormal electrical, mechanical or environmental conditions, usage not in accordance with product instructions,  misuse, neglect, alteration, repair, improper installation, or improper  testing;

MB is ok.

 

PSU is a good brand and spec but more than you need and you are paying for additional power but will not use it.

 

An SSD is great for faster boot times but expensive when it comes to them being used as a storage device, consider dropping to a 120 to 128GB SSD for the OS and most commonly used software and use the cash saved to add a 1TB 7200rpm 64-MB cache type HDD.

 

The Ram is good but dated.

 

The graphics card is entry level and nowhere near the performance level of the CPU and Ram.

 

The case is good quality and spec.

 

Two things of note are that you have not included an OS such as Windows 7/8 or 8.1 64-bit, what will you be using, you have also not included an optical drive such as a DVD R/W, do you already have one.
