i am using XP  but having trouble for awhile, upgraded router things got a little better  but today i have lost all my outlook files just went not backed up the last 2 weeks.

i rebooted and now just receiving new mail.

 

the error comes up as......'unable to display folder...[where is it in my document file].. Outlook\outlook.pst. Quit all mail-enabled applications, and then use the Inbox Repair Tool'.

 

questions..

1.where do i find that..

2.how do I quilt all mail etc if outlook is opened

3. I don't have the original disc as my friend who formated  computer took them, he has move north.

4. my WORD programme has lost some of its tools
