Hey, I've got a logitech g930 wireless headset it's been good for the past 4 months and I dont have a clue why but I only get sound from the left ear now and not the right this is on skype,games everything.. I've tried fixing it I've googled and searched everywhere but I just cant find a fix that actually works I've tried adjusting the settings the levels the sound mixer and when I use stereo instead of 7.1 on the headset it's okay but the right ear is static noise and very annoying If anyone can help me with this It would be very much appreciated seeing as I've been looking for weeks and I suggest no one ever buying this headset In my opinion such a waste of money I should have read online about it -_-

Have you tried the headset on another computer and if so was the problem the same.

Yes, It's happened a few times I've tried on 3 other computers in my house and the same thing but I've found a way how to fix them I just turn the volume the bass up really loud and it will force the sound into the right ear and will fix it you have to do it a few times but well thanks anyway man

As what you describe sounds more like a workaround and even just a temporary fix, I suggest viewing the Logitech Wireless Headset G930 Support FAQ and even contacting their support staff via HERE. Dependent upon where you purchased your headset, you may have a 3-year limited hardware warranty, be sure you contact their support staff team and make an inquiry (with the link provided above).

In addition to what humble2k14 has advised. keep in mind the potential for permanently damaging your hearing by having the headphones too loud

In addition to permanently damaging hearing, an excess level of decibels could potentially damage the headset mechanics inside the earcups.
