Ok I save software to the  desk top then right clickl on that folder and scan with malwearbytes  ; then scan with malwearbytes the folder to make sure it contains no malwear  before I install it.

I just right clicked on a folder and theirs no malwearbytes in that list its poof for some reason so how do I add malwear back to to scan with right click to do a scan with as needed ?

The first thing to try is uninstall then reinstall MalwareBytes.

This is with MBAM Pro, not sure if it's the same with the free version or not.
