I have a Hotmail account that I don't want to use for Windows Live. Can I get another Hotmail address? and how?

Yes, you can get a new Hotmail account (now known professionally as one of the Microsoft Accounts) -- which can be obtained from here: Microsoft Account Signup.

I changed my Windows t live hot mail password. Now it won't accept the new password or the old password. What the [bleep] is wrong with Microsoft???? I lost all my current messages in my email. I am disgusted with Microsoft. there is no way to call them on the phone!!!
