After battling with my computer getting slower and slower, and opening nasty stuff too, Crowbar was incredible with helping me out. The system is clean, and I have let people know that this is the place to go if their computer is infected with anything. I learned a lot, too - it's been six years since I had to clear this kind of mess. The tools used now are very different, but I know they exist.
