I installed MalwareBytes (Trial version), Microsoft Security Essentials and ESET Security (Trial Version) before updating all needed windows updates. I know that having 2 or more antivirus can conflict with each other. I don't currently see or experience any conflicts between these AV programs. Is it okay to have these AV programs work alongside each other ?
Because Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware is an anti-
malware program and ESET Security is an anti-
virus program. The will not warrant any conflict but never use multiple anti-security programs such as multiple anti-
malware program or multiple anti-
virus program. The reason behind is that they will consume too much of your CPU, will try to compete against each other and many cases flag each other as malicious.
Do I need to run Delfix even if I reformatted and reinstalled windows 7 ?
No.
NoScript is just for Firefox. I am only using Chrome for browsing because the interface is simple. Should I switch to Firefox and IE 11 ?
Try
this. Also, read more

What do you think of Comodo Dragon and Comodo Ice Dragon as browser alternative to Chrome , Firefox and IE?
It depends on the user actually. I personally use Firefox but from security's point of view, the rule of thumb is, more un-popular the browser, lesser amount of public vulnerabilities. But you will be limited from many features you get in popular browsers. End of the day, security begins and ends with you and the browser choice depends on you comfort level while browsing through the internet.
Would you prefer Filehippo Update Checker over Secunia PSI ?
Both are great tool. My personal preference is Filehippo Update Checker. But what will you choose is at your own discretion.
