Ok. Am looking to order some components soon. After a day spent researchingeverything,
I have chosen this to be my final setup.

Processor: AMD FX8350 - £133.59

http://www.amazon.co...Processor-4-...

Motherboard: Asus M5A94 R.20 - £61.99

http://www.amazon.co...ard-PCI-Expr...

Video Card: Gigabyte R9 270x - 160.59

http://www.ebuyer.co...0x-oc-2gb-gd...

Memory: Kingston Hyper X 8GB 2133MHZ - £67.17

http://www.amazon.co...4K/ref=noref...

HDD: Already Owned
Case: Thermaltake A31 Chaser Snow Edition: £71.99

http://www.ebuyer.co...aser-a31-sno...

PSU: XFX Core 650w - £59.98

http://www.ebuyer.co...ore-edition-...

Cooler: Coolermaster Hyper212 Evo:

http://www.amazon.co...-212-120mm/d...

OR

Corsair h105 :

http://www.amazon.co...WW-Extreme-P...

Would oviously prefer water cooled but again, money implications.
Do you think I need it for the FX8350 anyway, I MAY do a little oc'ing. But I don't think much.

Optical drive I already own, as is with monitors etc. So thats everything (I hope)

All feedback welcomed. (Except with the AMD vs Intel; I want a top end processor, that gets the job done. For gaming I need a better GPU before a better CPU anyways, and I only play FSX, Skyrim or RCT3 on rare occasions anyway's so for the price per GHZ, I went with AMD, even though I know you will say that Intel is better all round, I know. But If there's something you think I don't know, sincerely meant, please put it in, Have never done a build before smile.gif  )

Thanks very much.

Mason.

Gday mason77225b,  :welcome:

Your parts will all work together but a few suggests.

Heatsink/cooler, FYI. Using any cooling solution other than the one supplied with a boxed retail CPU will void your warranty, so any damage caused, you will have no legit claim, this from both Intel and AMD.   I advice using the stock cooler to start with and if you are not satisfied with performance, then consider an after-market one, this will also leave more cash for the GPU.

Stay with the natively supported CPU RAM speed, > http://www.pugetsyst...y-RAM-142/page4

I advice against using the HyperX Beast as it is very tall and can interfere with Cooler placement, > https://docs.google....6C9T3K2_16X.pdf

Your build without a GPU, you may now be able to get a better one. > http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/3nnds

You have not included an OS in your build.

Just going to throw my two cents in, you might want to check the minimum power supply requirements for that GPU. I believe it needs 500w minimum...you might want

to consider a slightly larger power supply.

Thanks for you input.   If you look at the CPP link, a 650W PSU has been selected giving plenty of wiggle room.
