Hello again
Did you intentionally install Websteroids? It is bundled with 3rd party software which allows adverts in order to keep it free, (so the creators say). Let’s get rid of some junk and see what’s left.
Download and run AdwCleaner
Download AdwCleaner from here and save it to your desktop.
- run AdwCleaner
- when it has finished, select Clean
- if it asks to reboot, allow the reboot
- on reboot a log will be produced; please attach the content of the log to your next reply.
===================================================
Download and run Junkware Removal Tool
Please download Junkware Removal Tool to your desktop.
- shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts
- run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator"
- the tool will open and start scanning your system
- please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications
- on completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open
- post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.
Please run OTL again after you’ve completed the above. Can you also include Extras.txt which was produced at the first run of OTL. It can be found in the same location as OTL, C:\Users\Public\Documents.
Logs to include with next post:
AdwCleaner log
JRT.txt
New OTL log
Extras.txt
Thanks

hi and once again thank you for your continued help. i did what you said though i must tell you i am not comp saavy. i rand the adwear then the jrt.exe both went smoothly but when it was time to gather the info for you. when i go into my documents or dowloads or recent. the comp says internet has stopoed working and turns on and off again. i do have the adwear log and jrt log since i have them on my desktop i hope this is helpful. btw when you say OTL i have no idea what that stands for haha AdwCleanerS3.txt 961bytes 187 downloads JRT.txt 940bytes 210 downloads AdwCleanerR3.txt 935bytes 160 downloads . i wanted to add that i was able to find these that i have attached. also in your first question you asked regarding websteroids. i did not download that, not willingly at least.. and it will not go away. alot of my problems started when that came around. and sorry to be such a bother but whenever i have my browser open to any site including this one, to the far right by the star symbol there is a cookie with an x on it. it says windows has prevented this site from installing cookies. it comes up on every site every time it started when all this did. and if i try to allow a site it reloads and cookie pops up again

Run OTL
- open OTL again, click on Extra Registry -> Use Safelist
- then click Run Scan.
There will be 2 logfiles OTL.txt and Extras.txt saved in the same place that OTL runs from: C:\Users\Public\Documents. Please post both of those logs.
Thanks
