Im not sure what they are called so I didnt seem to find any but I need a program that will let me pick certain audio inputs (mic, game, skype, chrome) and then be able to see that in dxtory so i can record certain audios but hear all, is that possible?

Have you tried Sunflower? Soundforge Movie studio 12 can work with all inputs and supports DxTory. However the codecs for DxTory are crappy, so if "far-from-perfect" quality is not a problem, you can try it
