my acer aspire shows a white screen after i removed a cimos battery.i tried changing the cimos battery and tried using an external monitor but still its not showing. Please help.

When you tried connecting to the external screen was it also white or completely blank.

Have you tried starting in Safe Mode in case it is a driver issue.

its completely blank as not even showing. The screen turns white immidiately you turn it on.

If you do not even see a BIOS splash screen it is the graphics chip itself, if you do get a BIOS splash screen and then it whites out it suggests a driver problem.
