i need help with bootmgr missing/ ctrl alt del ? I guess I messed up my computer by updating something that it doesn't require to update and now I couldn't do aanything in my computer unless i fix this bootmgr missing.... i don't have anything to use to solve this problem i hope this wont cost any money to fix (can't afford) =(

how can i do that if my computer wont allow me to do anything or go anywhere? im stocked with the message bootmgr missing / ctrl alt del to testart?
