I keep getting prompt's from some site's to update my browser from IE to Firefox or GoogleChrome,

would this be a good fix from changing O.S's or just a band-aid?

Folks who have XP and for whatever reason do not want to or can't affor to upgrade (or or computer) should seriously look at some of the Linux distrubitions. Here are a few of the most popular.

Ubuntu

Mint

Zorin

Most of the computers I repair, cleanup and sell in our church thrift store are currently XP. I'm going to take a seriious look at the Linux distros I listed and see if any are appropriate to replace XP with.

Hi Ztruker

Thank's for the reply. Before I commit to a new O.S. I wanted to check around, seeing
how Win.X.P. is the only system I've ever used.
I've heard Linux is very different from X.P.especially for those who aren't as
proficient with computer's, but, hey, sometimes ya gotta move on.
