Well most of you will know that this is one of the most annoying problems with windows 8, the root cause of the problem has to do with the srt.txt file which contains recovery information. The reason why this error goes on forever is because the file is protected thus  automatic repair will continiously try to fix the error but when in reality it's protected. I recall someone saying that you had to run the actual file if you were in safe mode as administrator in order to by pass the file protection ofcourse im not sure how to fix the problem anyways. So Recently I was able to actually get my computer into recovery options and obviously none of them worked so my next plan is to download some sort of free program that corrects windows 8 registry errors, via usb , I havn't found any particular program as of yet so if you know of one link me it. Also Im wondering can you bypass this protection via command  prompt? I believe you should be able to I just don't know the commands for it..
