Please help, Cannot watch videos online

I cannot watch videos online anymore, it just keeps loading and either stays on the loading screen or says there is an error.

 

I thought it was a virus or something so i restarted my computer from scratch (the default factory settings) and it still does not work.

 

I tried watching videos on Chrome, fire fox, and IE, and nothing works.

 

I have all of the windows updates, have the latest java, silverlight, and quick time.

 

I have a windows vista, and I usually use firefox
