Hi guys, 

 

I'm a new member and I'm looking for help. We've gotten a new computer at work and it has already been hit with a few different PUPs and things. I've managed to remove most through uninstalling and doing things the old fashioned way but a few remain. Ie the "Windows vesion installer" popup and the "shopping helper toolbar" and maybe more.  I really don't feel safe using a company computer with the possibility of someting going wrong in terms of sensitive/financial info etc so I'd love to do it all properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'm happy to donate to the cause/name my first-born after whoever helps

Hi Dan le Man,

Our Terms of Use prevents us from assisting with work computers in the assumption that the company has an IT department. In cases wherein the company is small and does not have one, we will be willing to provide help given that the management is aware of the situation and has given approval.

Please let me know what the case is, and whether or not we have the permission to assist you.
