My computer was working fine after I last posted on these forums after I was told to disable NVidia PowerMizer. It worked great for a month but now my computer is back to it's normal routine of losing all of it's speed and not even being able to play Diablo 3 or even let alone 144p YouTube videos.
Here is my computer information if any of you computer geniuses don't mind lending a helping hand.

Todd Evens had some good points. Let's start by taking a look at your hard drive.

Download, install and run GSMARTControl. It should show a little icon of a hard drive in the window that opens. Doubleclick on the icon, then click on the attributes tab at the top. It will show a table. On the bottom right there is a button that says View Output, click it and then post the results here.

Logs look OK, go to the Perform Tests tab and select Extended Self Test and then Execute.

2.5" Western Digital Blue drives are notorious for failing after a year of use. I've seen many fail after 6 months.

Have you looked at the performance tab of task manager this time too when it was slow?

It is the whole computer that is slow, correct?

Also, check the temperatures when it slows down with speedfan.

Do you have an anti-virus program installed? And are you using malwarebytes free or malwarebytes pro?

Another look at your hard drive might be a good idea too. Download HDDScan. You will have to extract the folder, then run the HDDScan application within the folder. Click on the round circle in the top middle part of the window and click on Surface Tests. Under Test, select Read then click Add Test. In the bottom part of the windows called Test Manager, double click the test that appears. On the new window, look at the status bar and wait for it to reach 100% (it may take some time). When it finished, click on the Report tab at the top. Then click Save to File. Save the report, then upload it here.
