Please click Menu Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> Right click on Command Prompt and select Run as Administrator. In console type:

rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin

Restart computer.

And we did delete all the various programs you had me run, right?

Delfix deleted most of them, WinDirStat we removed, do you still have ESET?
