Hello everyone, I hope you can fix my problem.

I'm using a windows 8 computer and I can't seem to connect to the internet on my laptop. I know I have internet because it says its connected on my bar, there was no problem when I used IE to detect why it didn't work and for some reason I have Skype and that works cause ppl keep calling me so thats why I know I have the internet. but when I go to google and search for any website it just won't work and the error like the title says shows up above. I tried to restart my modem and router, reset my winsock and ip through CMD, can anyone help me?
