I have a Lexmark z1300 printer that will not print from my computer.  It spools but that is all and then I cannot delete the document.  I can print using another laptop.   I have tried stopping the spool, deleting the document from the spool/printer folder, then restarted the spool, and finally restarting my computer. This does delete the document but as soon as I try to print again the same thing happens.

 

My laptop is running Windows 7, but so was the other laptop I plugged up and printed from.  I have printed successfully from my laptop before.  But apparently something has happened and I don't know how to fix it.   

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Uninstall  the printer and reinstall.  If that doesn't help then make a new post in our malware forum.  Make sure you include an OTL log as required by the first post in the malware forum.
