s

It does sound like a driver issue so I suggest you try the following;

Create a new restore point.

Download and then use the AMD Clean Uninstall utility from here

Finally use the Automatically Detect and Install driver tool also from here

Restart the computer and test.

If the above does not resolve the issue try rolling back to an earlier driver.

JFYI, the BIOS and Safe Mode are two entirely different things and should not be confused, the BIOS chip  is where the computers initial hardware settings and time/date are stored and Safe Mode is when Windows has been booted into without any third party drivers being allowed to install.

sorry my mistake "maybe you give time to driver to load to avoid error but i don't want to enter safe mode always in 1st boot up". i mean in bios not safe mode.

Clearly a driver issue then.

but sometimes black screen follow up by BSOD.

This also can be caused by a bad driver but it can also be caused by things such as a loose or faulty Ram stick or add on video card, try removing your Ram and video card, blowing out the slots the best that you can and then reseat the Ram and video card securely and test.

Please only do the above after the computer has been completely disconnected from all power sources and ground yourself by touching a bare metal part of the case or PSU before you touch the Ram and video card.

Tip

If you have something to add while waiting for a reply use the edit tab – bottom right of the dialogue input box and this will ensure that no information that you provide is overlooked (this can happen if your topic has more than one page as is the case here).

Formatting your HDD will not resolve the issue unless it is being caused by you presently having the wrong video card drivers installed and after the fresh install of the OS you install the correct drivers.

I solve the problem by not using sapphire 5570....I used only Intel® HD Graphics like in the past when no problem occur. I don't know why problem appears if I use VC to my pc?

Based on what you have said the problem with the HD 5570 is driver related.

From my reply #13

Just to clarify something, can I ask if you are saying that the 5570 will work ok if you don`t install the Sapphire drivers as in the Windows video drivers are used.

Any your reply #14

I mean vga driver and yes it works with no driver installed from sapphire like I said before the problem did not appear if I don't installed the 5570 driver.
