Hello,

I am new to this forum and am not sure if this is the right thread to put this question. So basically I've been having these random restarts on my Sony Vaio Fit Laptop. According to my Event logs it has happened quite a few times and it has an event ID 41, Task 63 and is a critical issue. I've tried looking this up but none of the solutions seem to really be working for me and I would love to get some help on fixing this issue.

Please help! :(

Thank you!

Edit: I should also mention that it has an AMD A10-5745M processor and AMD Radeon HD 8610G chipset (I don't know if that helps at all :P)

Sorry I forgot to mention this. There were not BSODs or any error statement popping up on the screen afterwards. It was like nothing ever happened (minus the reboot :P ). Can't seem to be able to attach them here though (noob)
