Is there such a a one on the market?

I'm looking for a rugged 1TB external usb3 drive but one that plugs into the mains. I have had more than a couple of bad experience with usb powered hard drives and I want to avoid...

Been looking but the only shockproof ones I can find are usb powered. :-(

Maybe someone knows?

Go for Western Digital MyBook series. They are powered via 110/220v thru power adaptor.
