When I logged on to my computer this morning, I got the message above in the title when I typed in my windows password.

After searching on google, it says to enter safe mode to fix the problem. When i hit del to enter safe mode, theres only a boot windows 7 option. No windows 7 safe mode.

So this is kind of two problems in one. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
