I was forunate to get an answer in another post about the same thing but havent solved the issue and havent got a response back since so im gonna try to be clear on this one and hope for the best.... I am computer illiterate and do not have access to the internet other than my phone and is why I am trying to get the hot spot to work... my carrier had me delete avg and it still does not read the dns although ipads and so on can connect with internet. My computer is saying it is configured correctly and running as admin the ipconfig sequences did not work. I was told in the other blog I have to uninstall the ethernet drivers and wireless drivers.... I dont see anything listed as that and use net gear to connect to the pc... ive never had this issue with other phones connecting to it. I dont have the disc anymore for the netgear if I uninstall it and am worried about that.... I cant download anything until I get the internet working on it.... can anyone plz help me?
