HDA Audio bus not found intel xp sound card soundmax

Hello,

I have been searching and downloading from every possible site at this point..

My driver for my integrated sound card was bad so I followed some steps from another website and ended up deleting my Soundmax Integrated soundcard.

I have went to Intel's website as well as Microsoft's & upon downloading the content, it pops up saying something along the lines of 'HDA Audio Bus Not Found'.

 

I've been soundless for almost 3 weeks & am at the end of my wits trying to fix this. :angry:

 

Any help?

What is the make and full model number of your computer?

 

Did you try a System Restore to before you deleted the sound card?
